Tiller is a leading RYA training centre providing correspondence courses on a worldwide basis. You can expect friendly and professional training from Tiller. The course is packed with extras that will increase your theoretical knowledge well past the RYA syllabus. A Tiller course will prepare you fully for your practical allowing you to concentrate on the practical aspects of boating and get the most from your experience. All distance learning courses are inspected by the RYA and approved before they can be sold.

Our correspondence courses have been studied, so far, in over fourty countries. They are available for all RYA shorebased syllabuses (Basic Navigation and Safety, Day Skipper, Coastal Skipper & Yachtmaster Offshore and Yachtmaster Ocean). For students who can study together have a look at our Second Student option.
We only sell fully supported courses.
In addition we have VHF and RYA First Aid courses from time to time or we can arrange one specially for your club or group.
